Cancellations, return, refunds & delivery policy

Cancellation
After purchasing the products at www.packmymeat.com if the customer have changed his/her mind and wants to cancel the order. he/she can do the same within 5 minutes of successfully placing an order. The cancellation of the order can be done from my account page or from the email that you will received after successfully placing an order with packmymeat.com. After 5 minutes have passed by, we don’t entertain cancellations and the refunds will not be initiated if the payment is already been made online. For cash on delivery orders if the customer order and repeatedly cancel the order after the cancellation duration of 5 minutes. His/her account will be banned permanently and he/she will not be able to use any of the service offer by packmymeat.com for indefinite period of time.

Note- We process and pack all the orders after 5 minutes of receiving an order and once the product is processed and leaves our delivery hub we don’t allow the customer to cancel the order.

Return
The customer will not be able to return the product. All products in the store are not returnable and the refund will also be not entertained for the same for both COD and prepaid orders.

Defective product
Any complaint on defective product should be raised under 30 minutes of receiving an order (in case of perishable goods) and under 24 hours (in case of non-perishable goods). After the elapsed of these time period no complaint will be entertained and no replacement will be done for the same.

We don’t issue refunds on defective order but provide a replacement of the product. For the order to be replaced, defective products needs to be hand over to our delivery agent at the time of replacement.

Refunds
If the orders is prepaid and the cancellation for the same has been done under 5 minutes of placing an order, than a full refunds will be initiated under 24 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days excluding the bank holidays.

Delivery

Our delivery starts at 8 am in the morning till 9 pm in the evening.

As mentioned above all the orders are process and delivered after 5 minutes of placing an order and once it’s processed the customer can’t cancel the order and hence the refund for the same will not be entertained. The customer should cancel the order under 5 minutes of successfully placing an order. If he/she wants to cancel the order.

Minimum orders values on some locations are fixed at Rs.600/-, Rs.999/- and Rs.1499/-. Please contact our customer experience executive for further information before placing an order.

Usually all the orders get delivered under 60 minutes of successfully placing an order. However, some order may take upto 120 minutes to 180 minutes to be delivered based on location and traffic conditions. Please contact our customer experience executive from the contact us page for the accurate delivery time.

Note: if the ordered product is out of stock. The same will be initiated to the customer about the unavailability of the stock through email and hence, the orders will stand cancelled. On prepaid orders a full refunds will be made to the customer original payment method before 9pm of the same day. The refunded amount will be credit back to the customer bank account within 5 working days excluding a bank holidays. Please feel free to contact our customer service executive about the availability of the stock before placing an order.

Payment gateway fees

Payment gateway fees of 2% plus 18% GST and 3% plus 18% GST will be charged on domestic and international payments respectively on top of total orders values on all types(Credit/Debit, UPI, wallets etc.) of online payments and this fees are not refundable.

Exception: For orders, that we are unable to deliver to the customer due to some unforeseen circumstances, a full refunds will be made to the customer’s original method of payment under 24 hours of placing an order and the amount will be credit back to your bank account in 5 to 7 working days excluding the bank holidays.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
